Privacy and terms
LEAD is a residential project of three towers on the Willem de Zwijgerlaan in Leiden, developed by RED Company and Redevco. This website belongs to RED Company, Antoine Platekade 1000, Rotterdam. On this page, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean that party.
Your use of this website is governed by the terms of use, privacy statement and cookie policy below. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read them and agree to them.

Information on this website
The information on this website is general and meant as a first introduction to LEAD. We put it together with care and keep it as up to date as we can. Descriptions, amenities, layouts, materials and planning are indicative and may still change.
The travel times were measured in October 2026 with route planners, from the building site on the Willem de Zwijgerlaan. How long a trip really takes depends on traffic, the timetable and the time of day.
Images
The images of LEAD are artist impressions: the design visualised, not photos of the building. Colours, materials, planting, furnishing and surroundings may differ in reality.
No offer
This website is not an offer, nor an invitation to make one. No rights can be derived from its content. Registering is without obligation: you’re the first to hear when sales open, but it gives you no right to a home.
If you have a question about a home or about your own situation, contact the sales agents. Their details are at the bottom of every page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of this website or the information on it, including indirect or consequential damage such as loss of business.
Links to other websites
This website links to websites run by others, such as the apartment picker at discovery.leadleiden.nl, which another party manages, and the websites of our partners and the sales agents. We aren’t responsible for the content of those websites, nor for how they use your information. Please read their own privacy statements.
Use of this website
You may only use this website for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Attempting to gain access to parts of the website or its systems that aren’t meant for visitors, collecting data from it automatically (scraping) and distributing harmful content are not allowed.

The texts, images, logo and design of this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. They belong to us or to our licensors.
You may view the website and save or print it for your own use. You may only reproduce, distribute or modify its content with our prior written consent.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the website after a change, the new version applies.
Privacy statement
We handle the information you give us with care. Here’s what we process when you register for LEAD through this website, why, and what your rights are. This statement applies to everyone who visits the website or fills in the form, and we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you register through the form on this website, we process:
- your name and, if you choose one, your salutation
- your country and, if you fill it in, your address
- your email address and, if you fill them in, your phone numbers
- your answers in the form: what you’re interested in, whether you want to buy or rent and how you heard about LEAD
- your consent, with the date, the time and the version of this privacy statement you read
- the language of the website, the page you registered from, the website that referred you and any campaign codes in the link
Why we use it
- to let you know when sales of LEAD open in November 2026
- to send you news about LEAD
- to inform you about the homes once sales begin; the sales agents may contact you for this
- to understand how people find LEAD, so we can improve how we communicate
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If we want to use your data for any other purpose, we’ll ask for your consent first. We don’t sell your data.
Registering through this website
When you send the register form, your details reach us over an encrypted connection, so we can keep you informed about LEAD. Registering is without obligation and is not a reservation. Only fill in what we ask for; you may leave fields that aren’t required empty.
Who we share it with
We only share your data where the purposes above require it, with:
- LEAD’s sales agents, TW3 and Alpina, so they can inform you about the sale
- IT service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our hosting provider Vercel, the service that delivers your registration to us and, once we use one, our sales system (CRM)
- our advisors and auditors, where their work requires it
- government bodies, regulators and courts, where the law requires us to
Service providers who process your data on our behalf do so under a data processing agreement.
Where we store it and for how long
We store your data electronically, on our own systems or on those of service providers we engage. Our hosting provider Vercel is an American company. If your data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we make sure the safeguards the GDPR requires are in place.
We keep your data only as long as the purposes you gave it for require, or as long as the law requires us to keep it. When you withdraw your consent, or we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, such as access controls, encrypted connections (https) and password protection.
No transmission over the internet and no form of storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may access your data and have it corrected, completed or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict its processing, object to it and have your data transferred. You can withdraw your consent at any time; that doesn’t change what we did with your consent before.
Send your request to the email address under Contact, at the bottom of this page. We may first ask you to confirm who you are, and we reply within one month. If the law requires us to keep certain data, we’ll tell you.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (opens in a new tab).
Changes to this privacy statement
We may update this privacy statement, for example when we start working with a new service provider. The version on this page is the one that applies. With every registration, we store which version you read.
